The only way for friends (or groups of people) to be on the same program is to apply with the same Trip Organizer. Taglit-Birthright Israel does not guarantee that any one person or group of individuals will be selected, however, applying to the same Trip Organizer can lead to being in a group with your friends if any or all of you are selected.
