The cost of the program is $3,000 per participant, including round-trip airfare, overnight accommodations, most of the meals, and other associated land costs. By 2012, we expect to fund trips to Israel for 51,000 participants each year- which will mean that within a decade, one of every two Jewish young adults will have been on a Birthright Israel trip.
