The Birthright Israel Foundation provides financial support to the Birthright Israel program in North America. We help ensure that the gift of a free, 10-day educational trip is available for young Jewish adults, ages 18-26, now and for generations to come. Birthright Israel Foundation is listed by the IRS as a 501 (c)(3) non-profit. All donations are tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law.
For my Bar Mitzvah project... I was able to raise enough money to send one young adult on a Birthright Israel trip.
I’ve decided to do my part and contribute $60,000 of my life insurance policy to the Birthright Israel Foundation.
Every day, every activity, I’m learning something... about myself, about a friend, the culture.
Don't come with expectations! Once you experience this trip all of what you imagine will change dramatically; emotionally and spiritually.
Taglit didn’t necessarily make me more Jewish. It allowed me to understand how Israel and Judaism relate, and where I fit in to that.
I am just about to leave for Israel… I applied three times before I was accepted, so I tell people that I'm three times as lucky.
