Addiction Knows No Boundaries--Jews Are No Exception Learn how addiction affects the Jewish community and how you can help make a difference. WHEN: SUNDAY APRIL 18th 2010 at 1PM WHERE: HOFSTRA UNIVERSITY STUDENT CENTER AT THE CULTURAL CENTER ROOM This special program features a doctor, a Rabbi, and a recovering addict answering questions about addiction in the Jewish community. Jews face unique challenges when confronted with addiction. The program will explore these challenges both from a secular and traditional approach. All persons are welcome regardless of religion or denomination. You don’t need to be suffering from addiction to find great benefit from this event.
