Bar & Bat Mitzvah Program A New Season Begins April 27 Have you ever felt like an outsider because you missed out on your bar or bat mitzvah? Did you have one, but didn’t get much out of it?  JEC/Birthright Israel NEXT, NY gives you the opportunity to celebrate your very own bar or bat mitzvah with friends and family in just seven weeks! Throughout this program you will study various aspects of Judaism, learn your personal Torah portion based on your Hebrew birthday and begin to read Hebrew if you don’t already know how.
