Yes!
Upon completing the fellowship in Israel, the Birthright Israel Excel Fellows will enter the post-fellowship stage of the program in the United States, where their network will be expanded to include leading American businesspeople as well as Birthright Israel Excel alumni. As they return to their universities, the students will become part of the Birthright Israel Excel community of alumni and mentors who will convene and work together towards their mutual goals of Jewish leadership and business growth and development.

An annual retreat for the Birthright Israel Excel Leadership Network forms the nexus of the ongoing education and relationship building available to alumni.
