Birthright Israel Excel is a year-long program that continues with the fellows participating in programming in the United States. Participants are expected to attend all business and leadership programming,vincluding but not limited to the annual 3-day retreat. All expenses relating to travel and accommodations during said programs will be covered by Birthright Israel Excel.
