Each participant will have a business mentor within the company at which they are interning who will oversee your work assignments, keep track of your progress, answer questions, and acclimate you to the Israeli workplace. The mentor will additionally provide personal and professional guidance throughout the summer, answering not only job related questions but providing career and personal advice.
